Congratulations to successful candidates at 17th Aye-Thet Scholarship Examination of Theravada Buddhist Society of America held on August 8, 2009!
Every Successful Candidate,
Please send a photograph (size 1.5" X 1") to T.B.S.A. not later than September 20, 2009. You are invited to receive the certificate and award from T.B.S.A. at Thadingyut Festival which will be held at 09:00 AM, on Sunday, September 27, 2009. Please remember to wear your 2009 Summer Camp T-shirt when you attend the award ceremony.

Construction of U Silananda Hall |
The construction of U Silananda Hall is in progress. The hall is dedicated to our beloved mentor Sayadaw U Silananda who spent more than a third of his life for the propagation of sasana in many countries. It will accommodate and give shelter to the attendees of various religious festivals and summer classes held at Dhammananda Vihara Monastery. Your donation, small or large, is welcomed for this project to succeed.
