Thanksgiving  Seven Days Retreat will be held at the Dhammananda Vihara Monastery, Half Moon Bay, from November 23 evening to November 30. The retreat will be conducted by Myit Tha Sayadawgyi U Vasava, the Senior Spiritual Director of Mahasi Meditation Center, Yangon, Myanmar, and Myitta Aye Sayadaw, the Assistant Dhamma Preacher. 

         

 It is a good opportunity for those who would like to intensively and effectively practice Vipassana meditation under the guidance of Sayadawgyi who has been teaching meditation for many years in Myanmar and abroad.  Please contact monastery for room availability.
